Companies with women as leaders have 21% higher chances of being successful. Therefore, we have created the first investment that focus on the companies with women in charge. That was our way to celebrate International Women's Day. The type of product we created was COE. COE is a type of a basket of shares. For COE Elas, we have chosen shares of Magazine Luiza, Suzano, Petrobras and Ultra. These companies not only have a big return potential, but also have women in their leadership boards. The creation of this basket was developed in partnership with Agora’s team of specialists putting together rentability and purpose.  To spread the word, we released a commercial film showing all the uncertainties they deal with in life.
